Bismarck Insulation provides professional insulation contracting services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Bismarck, North Dakota and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to a written estimate and a signed work authorization before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Bismarck Insulation are based on a physical assessment of the work area. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
The price stated in a written estimate is the price you pay for the scope of work described. If conditions discovered during work require additional labor or materials not included in the original scope, we will notify you before proceeding and obtain your written or verbal authorization for any additional cost.
We do not provide binding quotes over the phone or by email without an in-person assessment. Any informal estimate provided before an assessment is an approximation only and is not a binding commitment.
Once a job date is confirmed, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as early as possible if we need to adjust your scheduled date.
Payment terms will be stated in your written estimate or work authorization. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the work. We accept payment by cash, check, or other methods confirmed at the time of booking.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and conditions will be specified in the written estimate.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency or pursued through legal channels. The customer is responsible for any collection costs incurred.
Bismarck Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about a completed project, contact us within a reasonable time and we will assess the situation and work to resolve it fairly.
Workmanship warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written estimate or work authorization. Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer of the materials used and are separate from any workmanship warranty we provide.
Warranties are void if the work area is altered, repaired, or modified by a party other than Bismarck Insulation without our written consent, or if the damage is caused by conditions outside the scope of our work (including but not limited to flooding, structural failure, pest damage, or misuse).
Our website and all content on it are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any project based on general information provided on this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bismarck Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability - contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or scheduling services. You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe access to all work areas on the scheduled date. If access is not available and we cannot complete the work, a trip charge may apply.
You agree to follow all re-entry and post-installation instructions provided by our crew, including any required waiting periods after spray foam application. Failure to follow those instructions may void any applicable workmanship warranty.
All content on our website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Bismarck Insulation or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises from your use of our website or from our services, we encourage you to contact us first at hi@bismarckinsulation.com or (701) 299-5341 so we can try to resolve it directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly with a conversation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Bismarck, ND before initiating any legal proceeding. Each party will bear its own costs of mediation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or from our services shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Burleigh County, North Dakota.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend checking this page periodically if you use our services on an ongoing basis.
